Sales Executive / Plant Supervisor

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial sales, preferably in the wire manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various regions.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.
• Handle tender documentation, vendor registrations, and payment follow-ups.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and technically skilled Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production activities and ensure quality compliance as per IS standards.
• Monitor manpower allocation, shift planning, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for smooth operation.
• Maintain records of production, consumption, and machine performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
