Role Overview: As a Sales Executive , your role is to assist customers, promote products, and help create a joyful shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every visitor feels welcome, informed, and confident in their purchase. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in-store with warmth and professionalism Provide styling suggestions based on customer needs and latest trends Explain product details, offers, and prices clearly Handle billing through POS or app-based systems Maintain display sections neatly and restock as needed Keep records of customer preferences or orders Update WhatsApp and digital catalogs as guided Help manage inventory and tag new arrivals Take part in store events, product demos, or social media content if required Coordinate with team members for smooth customer service Requirements: Minimum Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two (Graduates preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (Jewellery/fashion preferred) Language: Malayalam (must), Basic English or Hindi (bonus) Friendly, honest, and energetic personality Basic knowledge of mobile apps, calculator, and simple record-keeping Good grooming and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,703.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7403000840
