Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, client-friendly language.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage multiple opportunities, and follow up proactively to close deals.
Comfort with basic sales tools and CRM systems, as well as standard productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional colleagues.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed to meet clients and attend meetings or events.
