Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of One Year of sales experience to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career. Key Responsibilities: · Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and networking. · Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products/services. · Close deals and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives. · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. · Qualify leads, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. · Manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotional activities. · Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting on progress toward targets, and updating management regularly on pipeline status. · Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. · Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Qualifications: · Minimum of One Year of experience in sales or a related field (B2B or B2C sales experience preferred). · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the sales field. · Excellent time management and organizational skills. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).
