Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch 360° marketing and event solutions to potential corporate, retail, and SME clients across Bangalore.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Founders, Event Lead managers).
• Consultative Selling: Understand client business needs and recommend tailored packages across AI digital marketing, branding, print, and event execution.
• Proposal & Pitching: Prepare compelling commercial proposals, present pitch decks, and close deals in line with monthly revenue targets.
• Market Mapping: Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and target potential high-growth industries in South India.
• 2-3 yrs Sales experience (preferred in Digital Marketing / Event Management)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to generate and convert leads
• Basic understanding of social media & online marketing
• Good client relationship management skills
• Confident, presentable, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Qualifications:

• 2-3 yrs Sales experience (preferred in Digital Marketing / Event Management)
