As a potential candidate for the position at Osm Interiors and Architecture in Hyderabad, your role will involve generating new business and executing designs of internal spaces for commercial and residential projects. Showroom experience is a plus for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to walk-in clients at the 1200 sq. ft. showroom, assisting them with soft furnishing and interior design requirements. - Bring in new customers and develop business opportunities. - Prepare layouts for furniture, accessories, lighting, ceiling, flooring, wallpaper, and curtains. - Stay updated with designer furniture, fabrics, leather, and latest trends in fashion. - Expertise in Auto Cad, Photoshop, Excel, Word, and other software would be advantageous. - Conduct site visits for measurements and prepare quotations. - Offer creative solutions to clients. - Incentive benefits will be provided for successful business development. Qualifications Required: - Must be organized, punctual, and possess excellent organizational skills. - Expertise in color coordination is essential. - Commitment and career orientation are key attributes. - Capable of independently handling projects. - Knowledge of designer furniture, fabrics, leather, and staying updated with latest trends in fashion is required.
