Position: Sales Executive
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
CTC: 3.00 to 3.45 LPA

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive business growth through partner recruitment, field engagement, and consistent sales performance. This role involves developing a network of partners and helping them achieve their targets through ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard business partners from the open market
• Train, motivate, and guide partners to drive sales
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and regular performance reviews
• Work on achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain and report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably from BFSI or related sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-driven and willing to work in the field
