Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support business development, manage customer relationships, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Make calls, follow up with prospective clients, and schedule customer meetings.
• Coordinate with existing customers to understand their requirements and provide timely support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and maintain customer databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations and Accounts, for smooth service delivery.
• Follow up on pending quotations, customer enquiries, and business opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and update the sales MIS.
• Conduct customer visits and meetings as required.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets and maintaining customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or the cold chain industry will be an added advantage.
