• Candidates should possess organizational and operational skills, including accurate documentation, use of CRM or dealership management systems, and time management.
• Candidates should possess teamwork and adaptability skills, with the ability to collaborate with service, finance, and administrative teams in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Relevant experience in automobile sales or retail customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred; a strong track record in sales may substitute formal education.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct test drives, is an advantage.
