Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by reaching out to prospective clients, qualified leads, pitching our products/services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Sales: Conduct outbound cold/warm calls and respond to incoming inquiries from qualified perspective clients.
• Lead Qualification & Pitching: Identify prospective client needs, deliver high-impact product/service presentations, and handle objections effectively.
• Deal Closure & Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead identification to closing deals, ensuring target conversion rates are met or exceeded.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and foster repeat business/referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B/B2C Sales. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office located in [Hinjewadi, Pune].
• Skills:
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
