Job Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize sales efforts. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or related industries. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Female candidates only.
