Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting product options, preparing and following up on sales quotes, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the design team to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management and client communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in home interiors and furnishings
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and local languages

Interview Process:

• Initial Application Review: Resumes and portfolios will be carefully reviewed based on the qualifications and demonstrated passion for textile design.
• First Round Interview (In-Person): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial interview with a member of our design team or HR to discuss their background, design interests, and portfolio in more detail.
• Final Interview (In-Person): Final candidates will meet with senior members of the design team or management for a more in-depth discussion about their suitability for the role and company culture.
• Offer: Successful candidates will receive an offer of employment.
