Job Title: Financial Counselor Location: Gurgaon, Sector 51 Open Positions: 5+ About AffordPlan Founded in 2015, AffordPlan is a healthcare fintech company making medical treatment more affordable. With 500,000+ patients served and 300+ hospital tie-ups across India, its flagship program Swasth, helps patients save on OPD, IPD, pharmacy, and diagnostics. About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Finance Counselors to represent our inside partner hospitals. The role involves directly interacting with patients and their families, educating them about the Card, and assisting them in availing its benefits for hospital payments and future medical needs. Key Responsibilities:Approach patients and their families within the hospital premises to explain the Card. Clearly communicate the uses, features, and benefits of the card in managing medical expenses. Convince patients to purchase/subscribe to the card by highlighting its value and long-term benefits. Assist patients in completing the card purchase process, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain records of daily interactions, conversions, and feedback. Achieve assigned monthly sales and counseling targets. Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Age: 25 – 32 years Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Telesales not considered) Education: 12th / Graduate / Postgraduate (Not pursuing studies) Pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a hospital environment
