Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, references, networking, and other sources.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain and present the company's products or services to prospective customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and proposals as required.
• Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct meetings and client visits whenever required.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order/service execution.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer details, sales records, quotations, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
• Stay updated about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

  1–3 years of experience

  in sales, business development, retail sales, field sales, or a related role will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Basic knowledge of
