Sales Executive - Pune Market

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing detailed information to clients based on their requirements in the real estate sector. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in handling and providing information to digital leads as well as leads generated by tele callers. Key Responsibilities: - Handling a wide range of sales activities including lead filtration and providing project details to prospects - Managing leads from tele callers and conducting follow-ups - Meeting with clients to understand their property requirements - Organizing site visits for clients - Assisting clients in finding properties based on their needs - Coordinating with Sales Managers - Conducting follow-ups with clients - Engaging in cross-project discussions Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field - Strong communication skills - Good market knowledge - Ability to persuade clients through effective comparisons - Proven track record in sales activities - Familiarity with lead management systems About the Company: Marketing Space is a prominent real estate advisory firm with a diverse client base in various locations within the real estate sector.
