Job Title: Sales Executive Company Name: Mahavir Hanuman Group Location: Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 15,000 20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Negotiable) Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to promote our real estate projects through field sales . You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, arranging site visits, and closing deals — all while representing the Mahavir Hanuman brand on the ground. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and build a sales pipeline Promote and pitch real estate projects to individual buyers and investors Handle cold calling, door-to-door marketing, and local inquiries Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective clients Maintain daily reporting of calls, visits, and follow-ups Build strong local market relationships with brokers, property agents, and walk-in clients Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Update and maintain client database/CRM accurately Coordinate with the in-office sales team for closing and documentation Candidate Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred Experience: 1–4 years in direct sales or real estate fieldwork (preferred) Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus) Must be presentable, confident , and self-driven Ability to work independently and under pressure Two-wheeler and smartphone are mandatory for local travel and reporting Must be familiar with Baghpat and nearby areas Perks & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + high-performance incentives Travel allowance for field movement Real career growth opportunities with training and mentoring Work with a reputed and expanding brand in the real estate sector Performance-based rewards and bonuses Ready to Sell, Earn & Grow?
