Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B or B2C field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory.
• Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Prepare daily reports on field visits and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of proven field sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
