Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and identify qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Contact and follow up with leads regularly
• Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' requirements
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with our technical team to provide tailored solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status
• Implement best practices, sales tools, and technologies to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, ERP solutions or IT
• 1 year of experience doing Outbound calls is a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and convincing power
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques, Strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, ambitious, and a strong desire to succeed
• Presentable in front of the clients for demos.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
