Responsibilities:
* Make cold calls, follow-up calls, and emails to potential customers.
* Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
* Maintain and update customer database in CRM/Excel.
* Assist in lead generation and support sales team in conversions.
* Build rapport with prospective clients through polite and professional communication.
* Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
* Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
* Smart, confident, and good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
