Qualifications

Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and client relationship building, ideally within industrial, safety, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Capability in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management to support consistent business growth.
Basic proficiency in sales reporting, use of CRM or similar tools, and planning customer visits and sales activities.
Understanding of personal protective equipment, workplace safety practices, or related technical products (training can be provided).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
Comfort working on-site in Guwahati with willingness to travel within the region for customer meetings and field visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
