Job Description

Kanhaji Homes is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives with prior Real Estate experience to join our team

Eligibility Criteria

Experience Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales

Industry Requirement Only candidates with Real Estate experience will be considered

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential buyers

Knowledge of property sales, site visits, and client handling

Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary Rs 12,000 Rs 25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from prospective property buyers

Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers

Arrange and coordinate property site visits

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
