Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell agro and organic food products, generate new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.

2. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and other sales channels.

3. Promote the company's agro and organic food products and explain their features and benefits.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

5. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

6. Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and repeat business.

7. Maintain customer databases, sales records, and daily sales reports.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

9. Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

10. Negotiate prices and commercial terms as per company policies.

11. Address customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

12. Attend sales meetings and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.

· Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting.

· Experience in agro products, organic foods, FMCG, or distribution sales will be an advantage.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary & Incentives

· Monthly Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000

· Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month

· Final Salary: The offered salary will depend on the candidate's interview performance, skills, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
