SALES EXECUTIVE (JEWELLERY)

A Jewelry Sales Executive role involves selling jewelry products and delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment. Your responsibilities include assisting customers in choosing pieces, sharing product knowledge, handling transactions, and ensuring the store's upkeep. Additionally, you may participate in stock management and visual merchandising activities. Your main duties will be customer engagement, where you will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and suggest suitable jewelry items. It is essential to have in-depth product knowledge, showcasing expertise in various jewelry pieces, materials used, designs, and current trends. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's presentation by keeping it clean, organized, and ensuring attractive product displays. In this role, you will assist with stock management tasks such as stock counts, maintaining stock records for opening and closing, and monitoring inventory levels. The position requires you to work full-time during day shifts, with benefits including Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The minimum educational requirement is a Secondary (10th Pass) qualification, and prior experience of at least one year in 10-key typing is preferred.
