Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Wakad, Hinjawadi, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra, India Core Focus: Drive gym membership sales, ensure member retention, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Sales: Generate leads, conduct tours, present membership options, achieve sales targets, and follow up relentlessly. * Member Engagement: Build relationships, ensure smooth onboarding, and assist with renewals. * Customer Service: Handle inquiries, manage records in CRM, process transactions, and maintain professionalism. * Reporting: Track sales performance and stay updated on market trends. Must-Haves: * Proven sales experience (1+ year preferred, ideally in fitness/retail/hospitality). * Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English and local language). * Results-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused. * Proficiency in CRM and MS Office. * Passion for health and fitness. * Ability to work flexible hours.
