Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Professional with a strong background in business development, client acquisition and relationship management. Candidates having experience in the Hospitality, Travel, Service Industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, resorts and hospitality businesses.
• Promote company products and services to prospective clients.
• Handle B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Develop business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
• Handle client enquiries related to hotel bookings, travel packages, corporate travel and hospitality services, wherever applicable.
• Close business deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and track business performance.
• Represent the company responsibly and professionally in client meetings, business events and networking activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in Hospitality, Travel, Hotels or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and independently close deals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Preferred Industry Background: Hospitality, Hotels, Travel Agencies and Related Service Industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
