Sales Executive Inbound

We are looking for a Sales Executive to operate from office who is energetic, target-driven, and has prior experience in the lighting industry. The role involves cold calling, customer follow-ups, and converting leads into sales through excellent communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls - 40-50 per day to potential customers and generate interest in our lighting products.
• Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly to convince clients.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and follow up with leads to close deals.
• Maintain a daily call log and customer database.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, and dispatch updates.
• Build long-term customer relationships and assist in after-sales support if needed.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lighting or related industry sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Proven ability to convince and convert customers over phone calls.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, WhatsApp communication).
