Sales Executive

Company Description

Humonex is building an AI Employees for finance and accounting. We help CA firms and accounting professionals handle repetitive accounting and compliance work, allowing their teams to focus more on review and decision-making.

Role Description

• Identify and connect with potential customers, including CA firms and accounting professionals.
• Understand client requirements, business challenges, and sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate Humonex's product and explain its value to prospective customers.
• Manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and build strong client relationships.
• Handle sales conversations, address customer queries, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain sales activity records and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Work with the team to improve customer acquisition and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and pipeline management, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience in solution selling, consultative sales, and conducting product demos, ideally for SaaS, AI, or technology products.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance processes or willingness to learn these domains quickly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Previous experience selling to accounting firms, finance leaders, or professional services firms is an advantage.
