Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and convert sales leads by engaging walk-in customers, handling inquiries, conducting test rides, and following up through calls or visits to achieve monthly sales targets.

· Explain vehicle features, finance options, and promotional offers to customers clearly, ensuring they make well-informed purchase decisions aligned with TVS brand standards.

· Coordinate the sales process by preparing quotations, collecting documents, assisting in loan approvals, and ensuring smooth vehicle delivery in collaboration with finance, insurance, and RTO teams.

· Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports by updating the DMS/CRM system with inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and delivery details for performance tracking and analysis.

· Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sale engagement by maintaining regular contact, collecting feedback, and promoting referrals and repeat purchases.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education:

o Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Commerce, or Business)

· Experience:

o Minimum 1–3 years in two-wheeler or automobile sales

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Salesmanship and persuasion ability

· Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset

· Good product knowledge and learning capability

· Basic understanding of finance and insurance processes

· Time management and multitasking ability

· Computer literacy (Excel, DMS, CRM, and email)

· Presentable appearance and positive attitude

· Self-motivated and target-driven

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
