The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who knows how to turn conversations into meaningful connections and connections into conversions.

You’ll be speaking with potential members across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other chat platforms, understanding their goals and challenges, and helping them find the right GETSETFIT program.

• Start and maintain genuine, engaging conversations with potential customers.
• Understand their fitness goals, challenges, requirements, and expectations.
• Recommend the right GETSETFIT program based on their needs.

• Coordinate with the nutrition, fitness, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Understand GETSETFIT’s programs, offerings, and customer journey well enough to communicate them effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, business development, inside sales, or chat-based customer service.
• Excellent written English and strong conversational skills.
• Natural, confident, and persuasive communication style.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and make conversations feel personal, not scripted.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and leads simultaneously.
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device: laptop) policy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Know when to listen and when to sell.
• Don’t take "I’ll think about it" as the end of the conversation.
• Enjoy working towards targets and celebrating wins.
• Can keep your follow-ups persistent without becoming pushy.
• Believe that good sales start with understanding the customer.
• Actually enjoy talking about fitness and helping people get started.

Why GETSETFIT?

You won’t just be selling a fitness membership.

You’ll be helping people take the first step towards becoming stronger, healthier, and more consistent.
