Role Overview

We are looking for a well-spoken and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our office at Cunningham Road. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 8 years of relevant real estate sales experience and be confident in handling high-value transactions, site visits, and client interactions for plotted and villa-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and digital leads promptly and professionally
• Present project features, USPs, pricing, and documentation details with clarity
• Schedule and conduct site visits; assist clients on-ground
• Manage sales funnel, track follow-ups, and maintain records through CRM
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the booking process
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Coordinate with the internal marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth client experiences
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience in real estate (preferably villas or plotted layouts)
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of closing sales and building client trust
• Knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market
• Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluent in English and Kannada - prefer

Pay: ₹45,013.53 - ₹75,708.20 per month
