Job Description

You will be responsible for generating demand from assigned customers and regions. You will act as the primary point of contact for the customers and represent the organization. With the support of your manager, you will implement plans and strategies to achieve the demand generation targets for all Aurolab surgical products. This will involve regular visits to customers, building and maintaining good relationships, and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of procedures and products. Your main goal will be to meet the growth targets set by the organization and execute the sales process diligently without any deviations. You will need to collaborate with dealers to ensure a smooth supply chain and accurate data entry for your assigned region. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing product strategies and activities as directed to achieve the desired results. To qualify for this role, you should have a background in Bio Medical, Bio Technology, or Pharmacy. The job location for this position is either Bangalore or Mumbai.,
