Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in FMCG or Construction/Building Materials Sales. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of field sales, client handling, and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads in the assigned territory (Koti and surrounding areas).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, dealers, and other clients.
• Ensure timely order booking, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Report daily sales activity and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock, delivery, and support.

Required Skills:

• Proven field sales experience in FMCG or construction/building materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a smartphone; a two-wheeler is preferred.
• Familiarity with local markets around Koti is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
• Must have minimum 6 months of sales experience (FMCG or construction).
