Sales Executive (Field) - Clinic

Location: Nanthencode, Trivandrum — covering Trivandrum and nearby areas

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive (Field) to represent our medical clinic and promote its diagnostic and consultation services across Trivandrum. The role involves direct interaction with doctors, clinics, hospitals, labs, and pharmacies to build strong professional relationships and drive patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, labs, and pharmacies.
• Promote the clinic’s diagnostic and consultation services effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a daily log of visits, interactions, and follow-ups using Excel or CRM tools.
• Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and communication standards.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the Head of Department on visits and performance progress.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any degree (BSc, BBA, BCom, BA, or equivalent).Preference for candidates with Life Sciences or Healthcare background.
• Experience: 1 year in field sales or healthcare marketing preferred. Freshers can also apply
• Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
• Other Requirements:
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp, Email communication).
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet sales targets.
