Phlebotomist & Receptionist (Evening Clinic)

Location: Nanthencode, Trivandrum

Timing: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Evening Shift)

Job Type: Part-time / Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Perform sample collection (phlebotomy) from patients with proper technique and documentation.
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient scheduling via phone and WhatsApp.
• Handle front-desk reception – greeting patients, explaining procedures, and ensuring smooth flow of clinic operations.
• Maintain patient records and update registers/excel sheets accurately.
• Assist in billing, online bookings, and payments using computer systems.
• Coordinate with laboratory/logistics partners for timely sample transport and report tracking.
• Follow up with patients on reports, reminders, and communications.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional standards in the clinic.
• This is an evolving role, and responsibilities may expand with clinic growth.

Requirements:

• Qualification: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or equivalent certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or clinical setup.
• Languages: Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred).
• Skills:
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp, basic billing tools)
• Professional, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
