G8 Supermarket is a growing retail destination that offers customers a wide range of quality products and excellent service. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Female Sales Executives to join our team in Oachira.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer customer queries, and guide them in their purchases.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
• Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the sales area.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Degree (any stream).
• Prior experience in retail/supermarket sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and energetic personality.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
