Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Mota Varachha. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and prior experience in telesales or phone-based customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information
• Meet monthly and weekly sales targets
• Work closely with the sales team to improve performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus)
