Job Description

We are looking for a female Sales Executive (Telesales) who will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining our services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain DNA testing and forensic services to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM database.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to process client requirements smoothly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any stream. (Bio Preferred)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Skills:
• Good communication and persuasive ability
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Confidence and goal-oriented approach
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
