Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Representative to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, understand their requirements, and provide them with accurate project and property details. Key Responsibilities: Welcome walk-in clients and explain project details clearly and confidently. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties or solutions. Share accurate information related to pricing, amenities, construction stages, and payment plans. Arrange and coordinate site visits for potential clients. Maintain client follow-up through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Prepare and maintain customer records and feedback. Assist in handling inquiries received through phone, website, or social media. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for updates on project progress. Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional language). Presentable, well-spoken, and confident in handling client queries. Basic knowledge of real estate or construction industry is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and Email communication. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships. Pleasant personality and a positive attitude. Willingness to work on weekends if required (with compensatory weekday off).
