Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and experience in sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue by engaging with clients and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and convert new business opportunities through field sales and client meetings.
Manage leads from the company and self-generated sources.
Build strong relationships with clients (in-person, calls, and DMs).
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales inquiries.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Must know Kannada (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills with a persuasive approach.
Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within Bangalore.
Prior sales experience is mandatory.

Compensation:

Base Salary: ₹20,000/month
Incentives:
1% on company-provided leads
3% on self-generated leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
