The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a flair for customer interaction, and demonstrate strong sales capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and recommend suitable products. Drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and upselling. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store appearance is always up to brand standards. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product lines. Requirements: 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the fashion industry. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong grooming standards and professional appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Passion for fashion and style. Local market knowledge in Jubail is a plus.
