le & responsibilities Answering questions about products or Services of the company Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements: Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Should have Calling and Sales Experience at least of greater than 1 year in sales. Excellent Communication skills in English without any mother tongue influence Should be a Graduate Comprehension and ability to capture basic booking details such as address, Name, age, and Gender clearly in English in CRM Open to work as per shift within business operations window of 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM.(Morning shift for Females and morning, afternoon/evening shifts for males), along with 6 days working and rotational Weekly OFFs.
