Position - Creative Designer & Video Editor Company - Expedient Healthcare Marketing Pvt. Ltd Work Location - Healthians Hub, Plot No. 518, Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Gurgaon (near Radisson Hotel, Udyog Vihar) Compensation Upto 7.5 LPA + Single Term Insurance Key Responsibilities: Performance Ads: Create visually engaging ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google. Brand Identity: Maintain a premium, and trust-driven visual identity. Video & Motion Graphics: Work on short-form videos, GIFs, and animations to boost engagement. A/B Testing: Develop multiple creative versions to optimize ad performance. Collaboration: Work with content writers, marketing strategists, and performance marketers. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in creative design for B2C/e-Commerce brands. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), AI editors, and Premiere Pro . Strong understanding of social media advertising trends, user psychology, and brand storytelling . Experience in performance marketing creatives (D2C, eCommerce, or healthcare industry is a plus). Ability to interpret analytics and optimize designs based on performance data . Strong attention to detail, typography, and branding consistency. Bonus Skills: Experience in wellness, healthcare, or fitness brands . Experience with AI tools for creative generation.
