Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Managers / Executives to fuel our business expansion across major metro cities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputed brand in industrial automation, providing high-tech labeling solutions to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business opportunities in your assigned region (West India and beyond) Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, field visits, trade events, and referrals Conduct client meetings and product presentations to showcase labeling solutions Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to order booking and payment collection Coordinate with the Service team for installations, demos, and post-sales support Collaborate with the Design team for custom solutions and pre-sales activities Ensure successful FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) before dispatch Maintain regular reporting and updates to the Vice President Sales
Who You Are
Proven experience in industrial/B2B sales, preferably in packaging or automation industries Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach Tech-savvy and able to understand machinery or industrial automation concepts Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage field work independently Willing to travel extensively across assigned regions
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 28 years of relevant sales experience in packaging machinery / automation industry preferred
