Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to build trust with students and parents.
Proven ability in sales, counseling, or admissions, with experience in converting leads into enrollments.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and phone/online communication platforms.
Solid understanding of or interest in the education sector, preferably NEET or competitive exam coaching.
Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage a structured workday, and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant experience in educational sales is an advantage.
Comfortable communicating in English and local languages as needed to engage diverse stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 per month + attractive incentives for freshers. Salary above ₹12,000 per month for experienced candidates, based on skills and experience.
