Sales Manager Din Dayal And Sons Location: Khari Baoli, Delhi Experience: 1020 years Type: Full-time ABOUT US Din Dayal And Sons is an established Delhi-based trading firm supplying popcorn maize in 30 kg bulk bags to cinemas, snack manufacturers and wholesalers, and expanding into small consumer packs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bulk sales (main focus): sell 30 kg popcorn bags to cinemas, snack makers, QSRs, wholesalers and distributors Win new bulk buyers and grow volumes with existing accounts Negotiate prices, volumes and credit terms Small packs: build distribution through distributors, retail, modern trade and e-commerce Lead and train the sales team and set their monthly targets Make sure payments are collected on time Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts REQUIREMENTS Graduate; MBA preferred 510 years of B2B sales in popcorn, maize, snacks, food commodities or FMCG At least 2 years leading a team Existing network of bulk buyers in Delhi NCR or North India Strong negotiation and collection skills; comfortable with Excel and Tally Willing to travel WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary DA (Daily Allowance) as per market norms Performance and festival bonus Opportunity to lead the new retail-pack business
