Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, with a focus on service-based or real estate-related offerings.
Ability to conduct effective presentations, communicate clearly in English and Hindi, and handle negotiations with diverse clients.
Skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and basic CRM or sales reporting tools to track opportunities and performance.
Understanding of architecture, construction, or interior projects is beneficial, with the ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
Proven ability to work on-site, conduct regular client visits in and around Bhopal, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in construction, interiors, or real estate is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with clear sales targets and timelines.
