Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer with hands-on experience in the medical device industry.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, generating business opportunities, installing medical equipment, providing after-sales service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell the company's medical devices to hospitals, dealers, and distributors.

* Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management.

* Follow up on enquiries and close sales.

* Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and marketing activities.

Service Responsibilities:

* Install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment at customer sites.

* Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.

* Diagnose technical issues and provide prompt service support.

* Coordinate with the technical support team for complex service requirements.

* Maintain detailed service reports and installation records.

* Train end users on the proper operation and basic maintenance of equipment.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and support.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Device Sales & Service.

* Good technical knowledge of medical equipment.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

* Customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

* A valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Product Experience:

Candidates having experience with the following products will be preferred:

* Ventilators

* Patient Monitors

* CPAP/BiPAP Systems

* Suction Machines

* Medical Gas Equipment

* ICU & Critical Care Devices

* Other Medical Devices

Salary will be offered in accordance with the candidate's experience, skills, and company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
