Sales Executive

About Cargobird:

• Cargobird assists turnkey Hydroponic farming projects, MSMEs, Manufacturers, and Founders in securing government subsidies, EXIM support, and Financial Advisory services.
• The Sales Executive acts as the primary contact, pitching consulting services and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to business owners, founders, manufacturers, and MSMEs via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Pitch Cargobird’s end-to-end hydroponic project solutions, farm setup offerings, and related subsidy/financial services in clear, practical terms.
• Explain Central and State government schemes, subsidies, EXIM services, and financial advisory in simple terms.
• Generate new leads and convert prospective clients into paying accounts.
• Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and spreadsheets.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate / Master's degree (open to all educational streams and specializations).
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, B2B client acquisition, or business development are eligible.
• Basic understanding of accounts and taxation concepts to easily evaluate project costs and client requirements.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word) for tracking pipelines and logging daily updates.
• Must be able to speak Hindi, English, and Telugu fluently to communicate with clients.
• Energetic, target-driven mindset suited for a fast-moving startup environment.Compensation & Perks:
• Fixed salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
