Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the BFSI sector.
Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall sales performance.

Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of financial products such as insurance, banking, etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and relationship-building.
