Key Responsibilities

1. International Sales & Lead Conversion

• Contact prospective candidates based in the United Kingdom through outbound calls and other communication channels.
• Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, professional experience, and career goals.
• Explain Ashwood Education's training programmes, curriculum, Microsoft certification, practical project experience, and career support offerings.
• Identify prospective candidates' requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments through effective sales conversations and follow-ups.

2. Candidate Counselling & Relationship Management

• Build professional relationships with prospective candidates.
• Understand candidates' career aspirations and explain how relevant programmes may support their professional development.
• Address questions and objections regarding course content, fees, payment plans, and programme structure.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates and maintain engagement throughout the enrolment process.
• Provide accurate programme information and maintain professional communication standards.

3. Sales Targets & Performance

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and sales outcomes in the CRM.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively and prioritise high-potential leads.
• Work towards individual revenue and enrolment targets.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to improve sales performance and conversion rates.

4. Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

• Develop a thorough understanding of Ashwood Education's programmes and their key benefits.
• Stay updated on programme fees, scholarships, instalment options, and available career support.
• Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Continuously improve communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in speaking with UK-based candidates over the phone.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate programme benefits effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Experience Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in international sales, UK sales, EdTech, education counselling, telesales, or business development will have an advantage.
• Previous experience handling UK-based customers is desirable but not mandatory.
